Achy achy...
Hi guys,
Any one else's stomach tender to touch? It's really quite and I have a water infection, which it could be down to that, but cant really monitor the infection unless I know if a tender stomach is normal or not (on antibiotics, but I have kidney stones so get water infections a lot 🤷♀️). Its just quite sore all over, doesnt feel tight (I'm not toned anyway, so I dont know what's normal and what's not) ❤
