Was this my period?

I had a D&C on August 28th with moderate to light bleeding for the following 4 days.

On September 18th, 3 weeks later, I had some extremely light bleeding for 4 days that at most required a light tampon.

I typically have a very normal flow, and this was honestly the lightest experience I've had. I'm not sure whether to consider it my first period, which would've been early, or consider it spotting, making AF nearly a week late.

Has anyone else experienced something similar to this?
