Antral follicle count - first ivf ultrasound

Hi ladies. I just had my first ultrasound for my

IVF

cycle that I'm about to start (injections start Sunday). I'm just wondering what everyone's antral follicle counts are? Mine was high as I have pcos (45) - this is great but I've read that pcos follicles are potentially lower quality and of course there is a high risk of ohss so I'm tempering my expectations. I'm also wondering if you could share how many eggs were retrieved (and fertilized, etc) if you've already gone through this.
