Am i okay?

I was walking upstairs and I tripped and caught myself with my hands, i didn’t feel hurt or anything but with my overthinking ways I’m worried about it. 
Should the baby be okay?

I was running after my 2 year old who got loose from my hand in a parking lot and I fell flat down on my stomach. Cramps after but no bleeding. Went to the ER and baby was happy as can be. They are so protected in there! If you feel worried call your doctor, its always better to know for yourself when you're stressed about it.

I did this the other day while hiking, caught myself on a stair rail so my butt didn’t hit the ground but made me nervous. If I were bruised or injured, I’d call the doctor, but I feel good! Just a good reminder to be more mindful of every step!
