So confused! 😭

I am 19w 3d and I don't know if I've felt him yet. Ive had moments where I'm like maybe? But I don't know for sure. We did a gender scan at 16 weeks and he was bouncing around like crazy but I didn't feel any of it. I've noticed like very very subtle kind of period feeling cramps like not painful not really bad just in my uterus so I'm wondering is that him? I'm 6 feet and like 290ish. I'm not sure where my placenta is located looks like bottom left in my scan.

But I have not any flutter feelings or anything more like cramping like maybe him kicking?

My 20 week scan will be next Thursday 10/10
