How soon after a c section did too conceive again?

Hi I am wondering if anyone got pregnant shortly after having a c section that is plus size? 
I am little over 300 pounds and I had my daughter c section because she was breach 6 months ago. My doctor told me 15-18 months between deliveries is an automatic second section. I’m confused on if he wants me to wait that amount of time to conceive or that time between births? I forgot to ask him lol my husband and I would like our babies to be close in age and I feel like I’m ready to start trying again early winter which would put me at 8- 9 months post.

So I was on the mini pill when I conceived this current baby (10 months after my first c-section). My second will be born 19 months after my first. I’ll be having another c-section (by choice), but I’d bet my OB would’ve pushed for one anyway (I just didn’t wanna hear about my surely slim chances of success with a VBAC). There are more risks associated with getting pregnant within a year of having a c-section, because your body hasn’t had enough time to fully recover. Doctors will generally push for another c-section if you’ll be delivering within 18 months of your first, and an article I read about it suggested 2-3 years between babies was most ideal for the body. So I’m a little nervous, as I personally wouldn’t have chosen to have mine so close together.

I had my first child via c section June 20th of 2013, got pregnant right after and had my son via c section may 28th 2014. My children are 11months and 8 days apart.

My son will be 21 months when second baby comes and I’m pretty sure the nurse told me to wait 2 years before even trying to conceive or I’d have an automatic c section. But my OB said if baby comes between 37-40 weeks then VBAC is doable but anything over 40 weeks will be a repeat c section. So grateful for my OB because that nurse scared me.

I just had my second via C-section on 1/31/19 and found out I was pregnant again in May. My doctor wasn’t concerned

My daughter will be 23months when this one comes and my doc said it wasn’t a reason to need a second c section. I’m having one for other medical reasons but vbac was on the table originally.

I had my first as an emergency c section in 2016 but I’m pregnant with my second due in February and I’m choosing a c section this time .

I was 310 when I had my c section last year and I wanted my kids close in age, so I tried and got pregnant when my Daughter was almost 8 months I believe. I'm now 305 and due Jan 2020. But the Doctor never told or warned me about how long to wait. Lol, now I'm nervous.
