10 weeks blighted ovum

At ten weeks I KNEW something was wrong so begged my doctor to do an ultra sound earlier than the 12 weeks. We found...nothing. An empty gestational sack. I’d been sick as a dog and my HCG levels had gotten as high as 30,000. But no baby. Took the pills to induce a miscarriage because my body was NOT letting it go.

Second miscarriage this year.

Anyone else have a blighted ovum and find out this late? Or anyone have a blighted ovum and then have a successful pregnancy?

I’m just discouraged. So many women around me had a healthy pregnancy the first time.
