i need help

i just started the pill not even a month ago, i’m still within my first pack and i keep having this weird discharge and it’s disgusting. i asked my mom and she said i needed to go to the doctor right away and that something is wrong with me and that this ain’t normal... i’m only 16 and i’m scared to hell something is wrong with me. please help😭😭😭
