Quadrupled hcg in 48 hours

I'm coming off of two chemical pregnancies over the past 2 years and I'm now pregnant again. My hcg levels have always been low and I ultimately knew it would end in miscarriage/chemical pregnancy. I am now pregnant again and my first hcg was awesome - 595 at 16dpo (4 weeks 6 days). My second at 18dpo (5 weeks 1 day) was 2,107. I was in initially soooo excited until I googled "hcg nearly quadrupled in 48 hours" and had a lot of results on forums indicating molar pregnancies. My excitement has now turned into fear. The nurse did not express concern to me but I also didn't know to ask if that was alarming. I'd love any and all input from to you ladies.
