How to increase milk supply??

Question

Hi moms! My 3 week old baby is currently still in the NICU and I’m pumping every 2/3 hours and breastfeeding when I’m with him, I’m not able to pump out much, only 30/40ml both breasts combined. 
Can someone please give me some tips on how to increase my supply..

Oatmeal, brewers yeast, fennel, mother’s milk tea. There’s some laceration cookies and things you can find at stores like Walmart, but I don’t know how effective they really are
