So I left my original OB in my first trimester because she didn’t support VBAC at all. The new practice seemed extremely supportive this entire time (I’m 35 weeks 2 days), but they’re telling me I have to have a csection scheduled for my due date because they won’t allow me to go past it with a VBAC and they won’t induce because I had hypertension prior to getting pregnant, but my BP has been low or perfect the entire pregnancy. Has anyone been in this same situation? The closer I get, the more heartbroken I am that there’s a chance I won’t go into labor by my due date and be forced into another surgery. If it’s medically necessary then absolutely I’m on board, whatever is safest for us but I went to Yale high risk and their assessment says I have a really high chance of success as my first was 10 years ago. Just feeling really bummed right now
