Sound machine recommendation?

Hi! I have a 12 month old and I’ve never had a sound machine. I put lullabies on YouTube on a tv for her every night. We’re going on vacation in a month and I’m thinking maybe I should get her used to a sound machine instead so bedtime is a little easier on vacation. Any recommendations on one? Nervous the sound quality will be bad. Thoughts on using a sound machine instead? Thanks!

I use the marpac sound machine and love it!! I have to have a fan to sleep just for the white noise. They have some that are just white noise and some that do white noise and different sounds like waves and nature.

Our sound machine in our sons room died a couple months ago and I was already looking for an ok to wake light (he's almost 2 1/2 and had recently moved to a toddler bed at the time).  I found the Hatch Rest and it's been awesome! It's the light, plus sound machine in one, you can program it with Bluetooth on your phone so you can have a set nap and bedtime schedule.  It works well for my son too, he comes in our room in the morning SO excited bc his light is green and he waited for it!      Plus, it's small so you can travel with it easily.  We haven't yet, but will be over the holidays.  I found another one on Facebook marketplace and bought it for this baby.  The price might seem high, but for a sound machine plus ok to wake light in one, it's actually a really good price.

I downloaded an app on an old android tablet we don’t use anymore called White Noise Baby Sleep. We’ve been using it over 2yrs now. It has many different noises to choose from and you can combine multiples together also. It also has a timer or you can just have it running continuously. We use a combination of a fan running with the shhh shhh noise. I just take the tablet with us when we go places.
