Do men or women have it harder

In 2018 in the UK there were 4,903 male deaths compared with 1,604 female deaths caused by suicide... Despite those high figures male suicide is still treated as a joke and men are still being told to "man up"
I definitely think everyone has it hard but especially on apps like this men are treated with such disregard that they aren't always seen to have it hard and the majority of the time their feelings etc get pushed aside like they aren't allowed them

Everyone has it hard. It might be a different hard but it's not a competition.

To be honest I see it as women get it hard because we have periods and if your like me they are heavy as and so painful I have to take a day or two off life. We have to go through pregnancy and labour and men don’t have to do any of this. Biologically we are soo different to the point men get it easier. however socially they don’t get it as easy but not do we females we whet sexualised all the time. 
I guess this is my personal circumstance that gives me these views.
