Struggling through twin pregnancy

I have an Incompetent Cervix and had to have a Cerclage put in at 17 weeks. I was also dilating at that time. So I was put on bed rest and given some meds to help. Then a few days ago one of the twins had a ruptured sac and lost all her fluid. Spent a day n half in the hospital with tons of antibiotics. Doctors told me I could continue to lose fluid for the remainder of the pregnancy or it could fix itself. Not gonna lie I’m getting a little discouraged and stressed and extremely worried that they might not make it all the way or even until the 23-24week viability stage as the docs call it. I’ll be 21weeks tomorrow and I’m almost there! Is there anyone that has gone through this or is going through it? My mind is going crazy and I was hoping to have some advice or great outcomes from others.
