Pregnant and having head symptoms??

Since around 6 weeks, I’ve had weird pressure in my head. Like sinus pressure. 
But I’m not congested, I don’t have to blow my nose or anything. 
My neck feels swollen inside like when you have a cold. 
My ears keep getting that clogged feeling...like when you’re on an airplane. 
Anyway, I’m 10 weeks now and all my labs are normal, I don’t have fever or anything...
Just weird head pressure. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Anyone else had this?? It’s so strange...

100% normal!! When you’re pregnant, your body produces more blood (to get oxygen to your growing babe!), and your blood vessels often get really big EVERYwhere—especially in the sinuses. Drink loooots of water! Sudafed is safe during pregnancy, and really helpful, but check with your doctor first :)

I’ve been having this issue and started sleeping with my head elevated and most symptoms dissipated.
