Toothache/pain

Anyone else having bad toothaches/pain since they have gotten pregnant? I didn’t have this tooth pain before I got pregnant. Any tips on what to do to help relieve the pain besides Tylenol as that has not helped. Also do not have dental insurance at the moment so can’t go to the dentist.
