I’ve never been this blonde before. I went into the salon and asked the stylist if she could do this and she said yes

I’m so upset guys. On a scale of 1-10 how unprofessional does this look?!! AND I was in the chair for 4 hours for this!! I cried so much today. I want to get this fixed ASAP but how long do I have to wait?? This isn’t even balayage!!! 🤡🤡🤡

Funny thing is just a few mins ago the salon put up a before and after and the after is something like I wanted and the before is what I got!!

I sent a message to the salon and i really hope they offer to fix this mess for me! It’s a new salon they just opened this summer

Update!! They fixed it!! The owner did. She told me that the person that did my hair specializes in men’s haircuts and rarely does color. So why was I booked with her?? Lol. She agreed with me that my hair should not have come out like that. She did some color correction and I really like it so much more now!! 😬😬 it’s much more toned down now, less brassy and with more dimension 😍
