I need answers

I’m due for my period in 6 days I am trying to conceive. Boyfriend has got off in me several times. Today he decides to lay on me out of no where I get sharp cramp pains in my lower stomach. I have been feeling sick lately but not throwing up. Could this be a early sign of pregnancy? No I haven’t took a test yet
