Omg yes I had a minor one this last week. It was still so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to leave the house to get Monistat. Plus, I read so many negative reviews that it actually made the issue worse. So I took a shower and after I toweled off I applied coconut oil to the outer area that was irritated, NOT internal. The discomfort subsided immediately and I actually got some sleep, unlike the night before, lol. The next day I woke up, felt no discomfort and showered again like normal, all symptoms seemed to have disappeared. I read a lot of positive reviews about coconut oil for yeast infections and I use it for everything anyway. But I also read that you “shouldn’t use it” and I know some people will disagree with my solution. Sorry so long, I hope you find comfort regardless, yeast infections are terrible 😩
