I got an ultrasound yesterday 6 weeks exactly to see if everything was okay due to weird cycles and cramping. The baby was in the uterus (thank God!) and there was the gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole or heartbeat yet. I know it’s early for a ultrasound and sometimes too early to see the heartbeat, but is this normal? Has this ever happened to anyone? Cant help but worry!
