Crying during pregnancy?

Question

Does anyone get pain in their lower belly/uterus when crying while pregnant? Had an argument with my SO and even when I'm just overly emotional and I cry it starts to hurt where my uterus is and I feel pressure. I'm 16 weeks today, is this normal? 
P.s. I have history of insufficient cervix so I'm freaked I'll hurt my cervix by crying

I had that issue when I was pregnant. If I started crying, I would start to hyperventilate and then get terrible scary pains. Once I calmed down, everything was fine. I really had to learn to control my emotions. It was especially difficult when I had to put my dog down when I was 36 weeks.
