So both of these ultrasounds are Vaginal
But baby is on different sides??

No, baby is too small to move at this point.  The photos are just taken from different angles.

Yesss! I went in at 6 weeks and then a week later i went in and it was hiding! I was so weirded out because I couldn’t see it but my doctor said that’s a good sign because it’s healthy enough to kind of move around.

Depends on the angle of the ultrasound scanner on your stomach.
