What would you do

Do you think I should make a complaint to my fertility clinic.

cut a long story short this will be my fourth transfer with them. we started off the process as normal then two weeks ago I was told that they would be delaying my transfer for a week as the embryologist is off sick so I didn’t think anything of it, so last week I went for another appointment to check my lining which was perfect and was hoping to get a transfer date to then be told they would be delaying the process again for another week because the embryologist was still off sick. I started to get a bit worried as having a two week delay I’m scared that may affect my chances So I asked the nurse to get the doctor to call me last Friday but I missed the doctors call and he finally got back to me today. He said he thinks we should cancel this cycle as This isn’t usually their protocol so if I’m having doubts its best that we cancel because if the cycle doesn’t work they don’t want me then to blame it on the two week delay. Obviously after having that conversation I’ve decided to cancel but I’m just annoyed because this is not my fault at all. I wish they would have been honest with me from the start if they have been having sickness issues at the clinic. At the moment I’ve booked 2 weeks off work for fertility treatment as work give me 2 weeks a year off for this and now I’m going to have to tell my manager that I won’t be having transfer. I’m just in a awkward situation as my work has had to hire cover for my two weeks leave and I feel awful for that. I’m so upset I wanted to keep this cycle private so I haven’t told family or friends and people keep asking questions and now I have. I choice but to go back to work as I won’t be having the transfer now
