Calling all cardiologist, pulmonologist, doctors etc.

Sara

So a little back ground, So here’s my current situation. after learning that my RVSP number was 32mmhg, my dysautonomia specialist sent me to a cardiologist who then told me my echocardiogram looked normal and my number was within normal range and that pregnancy raises pulmonary artery pressure. (She did not redo an echo by the way, this was from the one my dysautonomia specialist did). At the time I was about 7 weeks postpartum. So my first dilemma is should I believe that I’m actually fine? My second dilemma is that I have pretty serious ADD meaning I nearly get into car accidents from inattentiveness. I stopped taking my vyvanse when I found out I was pregnant but I am now looking to start it again. At first my dysautonomia specialist said not to take it anymore after she did the echo, now she is saying it is safe to take it even if I did have mild PAH. I even asked the cardiologist and she said she has no experience with adhd medication. 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I don’t really kn what to do. Do any of you know if it is safe to take vyvanse if you have pulmonary hypertension?
