Seeking overall stress relief from those who have had a c section, or made lots of progress on the second day of induction.

I’m going on day 2. Initially everything was quick. Came in at midnight, started with cervix softener and was contracting and dilating within an hour. I was like woohoo! It’s working! Baby’s going to come soon! After that I went on pitocin and stayed at a 1/2 for the rest of the day. If I don’t make enough progress tonight/tomorrow it will lead to a C section.

With how slow today went I am assuming the worst, and I am absolutely terrified of the thought of being cut open. Being AWAKE. And then the stitches before it’s healed is probably going to freak me out.

Anyone feel the same way before yours? How did everything go? I’m super nervous about tonight/tomorrow 🙃
