Bad or good to eat during pregnancy?

Hey guys just found out I’m pregnant! But I was doing so much research about what I should eat or not and I loveee spicy foods especially tajin but I don’t know if it’s safe to eat??!!

Yes really you just want to avoid cold deli meat and fish high in mercury. Eat all the spicy things you want. I sure did lol

Haha I looked this up as well, I was craving spicy food, so I made my chilli, with Jalapeños. I had a headache for two days after 😔.
but apparently even looking into a fridge will make me get sick, apparently this pregnancy I’m very sensitive lol.

My baby seems to love spicy foods. I'll be 40 weeks tomorrow and we're healthy as can be. I don't even like spicy food!

Eat it whenever you want. I have hot Cheetos all the time. And fruit with tajin.
