Yesterday at 35+2 my measurement scan showed baby has returned to breech position and is estimated to weigh 7-2 already. Fluid levels are at high normal range. If he’s still breech at 37w I can elect ECV. I really did not want a c section but am also concerned for risks of turning him. Anyone have successful ECV then carry longer and deliver vaginally? Any ECV attempts that lead to emergency c section? I want to hear it all to help me make an informed decision.
