So I already told my work. So they wouldn’t wonder what was going on. 
And I’ve been puking every day and everyone hears me 😂🤷‍♀️

In my opinion it depends. 
I work in a hospital, I have patients who are 100% dependent physically. I am 6 weeks and I have told my work due to this. I am only having sore boobs and was having light cramping. 
But, if I worked in an office I would personally wait.

You would not be wrong waiting until 30 weeks to tell them. You dont have to tell until you are ready.
