When did you get released or leave work during pregnancy?

I was just curious. I have placenta previa and I was curious as to what everyone ideally without it took their leave. My placenta isn’t blocking my cervix but is on the back lower side and right beside the cervix so the doctor is worried I may have to have a c-section and if it doesn’t move and I start bleeding that I could have an early delivery via c-section and I am trying to get my finances in place so I can prepare for whatever comes my way.
