Has anyone had an IUD inserted and then found out you were pregnant before insertion?

I had a blood test a few days ago that was negative but looking at my calendar it MIGHT have been too early for an accurate result.

I have an appointment in an hour to get an IUD inserted. According to my calendar(long story), im about 8dpo. Im a little nervous about getting the iud put in and then finding out im actually pregnant. Has this happened to anyone?

Im going to bring it up with my doctor but just curious.
