I know discharge can be normal especially excessive discharge while pregnant

Sometimes when I feel like I have so much discharge I wipe and it looks literally highlighter yellow and it’s so much, no itching

I read online it could be cause of the yellow a Sti, or chlamydia but I just had my Pap smear done like two weeks ago and everything came back perfect (haven’t had sex in a while either) . I have had chlamydia before but we took the medicine and everything was cleared for us. It doesn’t smell a certain way either

Anyone else experience this yellow discharge before? I’m calling my dr office in the morning...
