I recently had my father in law and brother in law say some really unnecessary misogynistic things to me. My husband did nothing so I stood up for myself. Now my husband is mad bc they both said they didn’t know i would be upset and offended by calling me drama, crazy when i said we need our loan back and telling me to suck it up buttercup in regards to being a parent who’s home with her baby and no help all day. The excuse of it wasn’t intentional was used lol. Umm when you go out of your way to say something unkind and has no relevance to the subject it is offensive to anyone. Ugh never had this much toxicity before I met my in laws. My family isn’t perfect by any means but we support one another.
