Flu and whooping couch shot??

Reasons why you got it, why you didn’t? 
I’ve never had a flu shot before and with my first child I didn’t have a flu shot or a whooping cough shot so I’m looking for more info about it and opinions.

I got my tdap and my flu shot because I care about the health of my unborn child. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Didn’t get either because they haven’t been extensively tested in pregnancy and the flu shot is random it’s is just a guess at what strain might be out this year.. I always refuse the flu shot even for my child..

Tdap yes and flu shot no because I didn't get it with my first, I work in childcare so I'm exposed to all illnesses and I don't believe it is really necessary 🤷 I also care about the health of my child and don't feel like injecting more shit inside their bodies when you can prevent the flu by washing your hands and keeping sick people away

Flu I got. TDAP I’m allergic. Getting the flu shot helps with baby’s immunity as well.

The vaccines provide antibodies to the baby before they are born. I got both. Baby will be born and vulnerable during the sickly fall and winter seasons. And you have all this unnecessary anti vaxx fad going around, so just protect yourself and baby!

I got it because working at a hospital in an ICU and seeing first hand what the flu does to people. When you see 20 something year old hooked up to an ECMO machine because of the flu you get the flu shot. Also my daughter was born at the end of January during sick season.
