Miscarriage?

So my man and I have been having unprotected sex for some time now we are trying to have a baby. However recentally every pregnancy test I take comes back positive but one line is lighter than the other we think I’m pregnant and we’re planning on going to the doctor together but last night my stomach started hurting super badly then I threw up and in the middle of the night I started bleeding I mean huge clot (sorry for the tmi) and I have just been super upset since and scared. Does this sound like a miscarriage? My period is not even around this time at all. It literally is gonna break my heart to even tell him.
