I have pcos but my periods have been extremely regular to the day for the last 6 months until September my period was a week late but I go it and now it’s been a little over a week since that period ended and now the last three days I’ve have spotting that was pink and is now more brown than pink

I don’t know if I should just chalk this up to being ovulation spotting over even left over from my last period or if it could be implantation spotting ,I need to wait a week and test .
