WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME

Yall, 
So I suffer from constant BV... I've been checked many times, and everything comes back normal... I have good hygiene,  take probiotics, wear cotton panties, I've done the boric acid suppositories... yet here I am again... it's so annoying and embarrassing.  Does anyone else deal with this??

I went through it and I think what did it for me was a PREbiotic vaginal insert that I first rolled in the powder content of a probiotic pill. Learned it from some wise woman on here! Thanks!

I was getting it every single month!! I got my mirena IUD taken out and havent had an issue since. I don’t know if you have the mirena but I’d you do it could be the issue. BV sucks and it gets frustrating when it’s always there. Good luck!!

Check your soap/body wash you may be using something that is contributing to it?! I’m sure you know this but if your using anything in the vagina area it should be unscented. Avoid anything scented down there pads/tampons etc.

I dealt with it constantly awhile ago! It seems to have gone away since I’ve been with my husband. I think my body just eventually got used to him and I stopped getting them. When I was getting them, using the rephresh ph balancing gel helped prevent them.

I went through the same thing for a very long time (yearssss). Here is what I did: I prayed. I stopped using any kind of soap down there intentionally...no soaps or washes of any kind. Just a clean wet washcloth. I switched my body soap to Dr. bronners 18 in 1. I purchased waterworks...but i added baking soda (about 1/2 a cup) to the water when using it and did this for about 3 weeks straight daily (I’m sure this isn’t recommended but IT WORKED better than anything any doctor ever gave), and BOOM all symptoms gone. I also switched to drinking alkaline water for the majority of the time. I stopped using tampons all together and just used 100% cotton pads. I also switched my detergent to an free and clear brand. Lastly I started a vitamin regimen (I wasn’t as consistent as I should have been). Haven’t had any issues since then!
