not sure what it is pls lmk if this looks like a miscarriage
MORE INFO: did not have a period for a month and then i got it and woke up with severe stomach cramps and felt this pass through.
UPDATE: yes, i did have a positive pregnancy test, when i started bleeding i thought it was a just a bad test and it was wrong and then this came out.
