The importance of flange size!
I didn't realize how important this really was. I've been using both the 24mm and 28mm flanges that came with my Spectra and wasn't getting much output while pumping for 30 minutes! I purchased some 21mm and was honestly going to return them, thinking they were too small. But I tried them first and what do you know! I was able to empty my breast in 10 minutes and got a little more than I'm used to! I'm so happy!
