Late Ovulation or Early pregnancy?

So I had sex last Saturday... We used the pull out method (not very smart of me considering I have a 23month old and a 2 month old. I have not been breastfeeding, so I got my period last month. It was my birthday Saturday so I had a few drinks and me and SO weren't really thinking.

The next day when I did the calculations, I realized I should've been ovulating around the weekend. 😕

I didn't think too much off it because me and him have successfully used the pull out method for years.

But now the past few days I've been getting tingling nipples... And really wet, watery discharge.

I'm hoping these are just ovulation signs and not Early pregnancy signs. Any thoughts?
