Stomach cramps

I’m actively trying for a baby with my boyfriend and I’ve had the implant previously and had it removed may this year after a year of having it , I’ve had multiple negative results and this time it may be different, I’ve had extreme stomach cramps and it’s definitely not my period as it’s the not near my period week, I’ve W it no other symptoms and my ovulation week has also been , I was wondering if this has been the symptom for anyone else who found out they were prey from this
