Can’t announce

Guys!!! My husband and I are so frustrated! We want to announce our pregnancy to our friends/family and our kids who are 9, 7, and 14 months. We have it all planned out, and wanted to do it today, but the problem is that we want to include my step daughter who is 12, she lives 45 minutes away with her mom, but every single weekend she has plans and we can’t get her over here! I’m 12 weeks and starting to show already since this is my 4th. It’s getting really hard to keep this a secret, especially from the kids here at home!

How long did everyone else wait to tell kids and the rest of the world? I’m getting anxious!
