Hey ladies

So I recently went to the doctors and was told I had/have fluid in my pouch of Douglas due from ovarian cysts. I’ve just started Levlen in hopes that it will help with my severe pain n all. But is there anything else I can do to help with pain on my current period? Or even make it a little light? The pain is unbearable and I’m bleeding so heavily it goes straight through my clothing. I take 2 ibuprofens and 2 paracetamols. But it doesn’t take it away. Can anyone help me please?
