Hi. My partner and I have been trying to conceive about 4 months now. I am 32 and we have a very active sex life.

This may be a silly question but is there such thing as too much sex? I have read differing opinions online.

My worry is that we have so much sex that when the fertility window comes around and ovulation maybe there is not enough sperm in the ejaculate (sorry if tmi) to even get to fertilize the egg.

Is this an actual thing or do men produce enough sperm to fertilize even if we have a lot of sex?
