Its the 5 th week and i found yesterday and today this small spotting.. is there anything to worry ? My doctor adviced me to rest.. but m worried about this

Spotting and minor cramping is normal within the first few weeks bc of implantation in your uterus :) It'll be okay

I had light brown spotting weeks 8&9 and my doctor assured me it’s fine! Ask your mom if you can if she had any during pregnancy (mine did - at the same time too!). Make sure it’s 1) not bright red 2) not filling up a PAD (not pantyliner) in a short span of time and 3) not accompanied by cramping!
