Today I am unfortunately 28 days post miscarriage. I’ve been keeping track of my bbt and doing OPKs since CD 6 so I could get used to recording bbt for next cycle and used OPKs to track ovulation so I could estimate when menstruation would start. My temp was on a slow rise the past few days, going up maybe 0.05 or less degrees each day and then today was a very noticeable rise of 0.50 degrees. The problem is, I’ve gotten zero positive OPKs up until today, the same day as the temp rise. I was testing three times a day so there’s a pretty slim chance that I somehow missed an LH surge before this. So I’m just left very confused... Have I already ovulated or am I about to ovulate? I’m leaning towards the latter because I’m not bloated at all and my breasts are still “deflated” and I’m still getting wet cm.

Has this happened to anyone else? I would really appreciate some second opinions!
