I’m so excited that I finally get to tell my birth story!! Even though it didn’t go as I planned. So first my actual due date was November 7th... my obgyn has already been telling me well I don’t think you’ll make it the whole 40 weeks so I want to induce you at 39 weeks (October 31st). Well I get scheduled for the induction come in for my routine 2 week checkup my blood pressure is high and they end up telling me I have preeclampsia. Stayed over night to have a 24 hour protein urine analysis and they tell me okay we’re gonna move your induction date up to the 17th of October but wants me to come in Monday for a non stress test....okkk. I come Monday for the stress test and they said they see the baby’s heart rate goes down with each contraction send me back up to labor and delivery again..... wait for like 4 hours on machines for them to tell me okay well we’re gonna induce you today!!!😱😨 got me back into a room started me with the folley ballon told me it may take a day or 2 before I finally see my baby gave me some pitocin 12 hours later at 6:23am I felt like I was pooping on myself TMI sorry! I pushed 6 times and baby was out on my tummy I’m crying he’s crying I couldn’t believe it literally one of the best life changing experiences for me I’m so blessed to have my 6pound 3 ounce baby here at 37 weeks Kayden Tyler McCombs he is perfect for us!!!💙💙💙
