Low blood platelet count

Hi guys, I’m 24 weeks and just got my test results back from my glucose test and everything is normal except I have a low blood platelet count, she didn’t say how low... i go back in 3 weeks to see if it’s dropped any more but is this something to worry about? First time momma here... if you had this what was your experience
