Empty stomach/hungry feelings
Wondering if anyone else has felt like this...I’m 5-3 and I feel full after I eat but within an hour my stomach feels empty as if I should be eating again (kind of how your stomach sometimes feels like it’s eating itself/acidic) even if I’m not necessarily hungry. Has anyone else felt this? Is this heartburn?
