Opk thrown off by yeast infection

Has anyone ever tried using OPKs while just coming off treatment for a yeast infection. Wondering if this can alter the LH levels or react with the test. I’m having EWCM and app says I’m ovulating but also trying to test to be sure it’s accurate. My tests look like this...
