Motivation

Hi ladies! I could really use some motivation for weight loss. I’m currently a full time college student and I work around 15 hours a week. Ugh it’s just SO hard to motivate myself to go workout and eat right when I have homework and have to work.

I don’t know I just feel like I’m not losing any weight anymore and it’s a major setback. Which, during the summer I was only working so I had much more flexibility to work out and I wasn’t rushing to eat or having to skip meals, but now with such a hectic schedule, I’m not doing too well. I mean I haven’t really gained anything, I’ve stayed the same except for if I splurge on girls night or date night, but that’s usually once a week if even that often.

I would love to hear any tips you have, and motivational “speeches”, your own stories, anything. Right now it feels like I’ll never make my goal, which is only around 15lbs away😓 thank you in advance
